At Kamuhanda Memorial Technical College, we understand that students, parents, and guardians often have questions about our programs, admissions process, and campus life. Whether you’re planning to apply or simply want to learn more about our college, this section provides quick information to guide your decision and help you get started with confidence.
KMTC offers National Diploma programs in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Water Engineering, Architecture, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, ICT, and Computer Science. In addition, all students study Mathematics, Communication Skills, Entrepreneurship Studies, and Kiswahili to strengthen their overall competencies.
Any student who has successfully completed Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) and Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) or an equivalent qualification is eligible to apply. Diploma and certificate holders from recognized institutions may also apply for advanced placement in selected programs.
Applicants can apply online through the KMTC website or by picking up an application form from the admissions office. Completed forms must be submitted with academic transcripts and application fees. Our admissions team provides guidance throughout the process to help applicants choose the right course.
Yes. KMTC provides affordable on-campus accommodation, a safe learning environment, and access to student support services such as counseling, mentorship, and career guidance. The college also offers recreational and co-curricular activities to promote holistic student development.
Absolutely. KMTC is fully registered and accredited by relevant national education and examination bodies in Uganda. Our National Diploma qualifications are officially recognized across the country and prepare graduates for employment, entrepreneurship, or further studies at universities and professional institutions.
